By accessing or using our cloud-based school management solutions, including the ERP platform, Learning Management System (LMS), Student Information System (SIS), Family App/Web Portal, and Financial Management System (FMS), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users, including administrators, teachers, students, and parents. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of NeoEd services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to:

• Use NeoEd solely for lawful educational and administrative purposes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify your institution or NeoEd immediately of unauthorized use.
• Ensure any data you submit is accurate, relevant, and does not violate applicable laws.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and features of NeoEd are the intellectual property of NeoEd Technologies and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without written consent.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Misuse, including attempts to breach security, reverse-engineer, or interfere with service performance, is strictly prohibited.

5. Service Availability

While NeoEd strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur.

6. Limitation of Liability

NeoEd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Termination

NeoEd reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that compromise the platform’s security or integrity.

8. Changes to Terms

NeoEd may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
